Things to consider when using this advanced search tab:

Be sure and enter your price range, lower end and top-end.

Consider adding more than one area to the search. This is easy to do by holding the control key down on a PC or the command key down on a Mac. Remember that this is not a large metropolitan area and there is little if any difference from one suburban area to another except for property taxes.

Being too selective is never a good idea but adding some basic features that are an absolute must have, such as ranch-style, if critical to you is a good thing to do.

If property taxes are important rather than searching in all counties, select Dallas County.
